Iki's little website
introduction
Hey, i'm just experimenting with this. Here's some of my favorite movies and series
These are the recents from my watchlist
Edit i ja (4/5) - an animated serbian movie by Aleksa Gaji´c and his small team. I liked the animation style since it's a mix of of 2D and 3D animation style, which i personally love. Humour, very very serbian = excellent, which is to be expected with the famous actors Jelisaveta 'Seka' Sablić, Srdjan 'Zika' Todorovic and Boris Milivojevic. The plot is a bit confusing and often not connected but a nice watch. Full movie is available on youtube (at least for now) watch here
Swing Girls (4/5) - somehow i landed in foreign movies especially japanese. This was i think my 3rd one after "All about Lilly Chou Chou" (3.5/5 for aesthetics but very long and confusing/ disturbing) and Nobody knows (4/5 - also very long BUT really hits you at the end, then i realised how Hayao Miyazaki uses the same technique for his Ghibli movies (i'm gonna have to make a whole new website for those bc i love them) - ok back to Swing Girls- the plot is very simple with the girls causing food poisoning to the whole school band and having to replace them where in the end they fall in love with the music. It is very very endearing, especially the credits scene and has this very expressive humour through exagerated faces. Out of the three i really liked this one but i guess after those almost depressing movies i needed sth sweet. ALSO avaailable on youtube! watch here
